OLRA (originally known as the Portland Area Legal Recruiting Administrators, or “PALRA”) was formed in 1997 to provide Oregon recruiting professionals with an informational network and educational forum for its members. OLRA currently has 19 active members, representing legal employers of all sizes whose offices are based in Oregon, or who have branches in this locale, and Oregon law schools.
OLRA adheres to the Principles and Standards of NALP, The Association of Legal Career Professionals.
